I wrote emails that welcomed 48M+ global guests to Airbnb’s homes.

I joined the team after the launch of Airbnb’s Categories product. I helped rethink the way we approached email with an editorial lens and wrote emails for the Categories series with 55-61% open rates. Beyond email, I worked on Airbnb’s Olympics partnership, App Store copy, editorial content, twice-annual releases, and a Host social media playbook.
